You must notify us for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) by e-mail on returnable items within 10 days of receipt of order to get a credit or replacement. No refunds or exchanges after 10 days. We do not reimburse or issue credit for shipping charges on returned goods.
Order CancellationOrders may be cancelled any time prior to shipment. The cancellation may be done by phone or email (email@example.com) and include the name the order was placed under and the order number at the top of the receipt. The order will be cancelled and the payment refunded. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
